This day is designed to introduce you to the Naia experience—without the need to commit to a full retreat. It’s a chance to pause, reconnect, and feel supported in a welcoming, like-minded community. You’ll step away from distractions, immerse in grounding practices, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply nourished.
The Location
All in Comunidade is a welcoming yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of Tavira, Portugal. The studio offers a variety of classes, including Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, 26+2 Hot Yoga, Pilates Mat, and Pilates Reformer sessions. With a focus on community and inclusivity, All in Comunidade provides a serene environment for individuals of all levels to practice and connect
