You’ll step away from distractions, immerse in grounding practices, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply nourished.
The Location
Companhia das Culturas offers a unique and serene location. Each space is thoughtfully adapted to the pre-existing old farm buildings, where traditional whitewashed walls, leveled concrete, and cork elements preserve the charm of the original architecture.
The interiors are a seamless blend of ethical and aesthetic principles, combining objects and furniture from various historical periods and styles, reflecting the essence of timeless design. High-quality beds and linens ensure restful sleep, while modern bathrooms provide both functionality and elegance.
The serene atmosphere extends to tranquil gardens and cozy reading corners, offering spaces to relax and recharge. Complementing the experience we offer 8 9 5 0, a Portuguese brand dedicated to skin health and environmental sustainability, adding an element of mindful luxury to your stay.

The Schedule
11:00 AM – Meditation & Flow Yoga
Silent meditation and gentle yoga flow to awaken the body & mind
12:00 PM – Sharing Circle & Naia Introduction
Why are you here? What do you want to release today? What energy or habits do you want to invite in?
1:00 PM – Nourishing Lunch where we share the intention behind the food we serve at Naia.
2:30 PM – 1st group will go to the Hammam or have some Free Time. 2nd group will so a Forest Bathing Walk – A silent nature walk for grounding. Light, healthy snacks available.
5:30 PM – TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) Session
A deeply healing movement session guided by Daphny.
Release stored tension, stress, and emotional blockages
6:30 PM – Dinner - A light evening meal to enhance sleep, promote balance, and prepare for the cacao ceremony. Gentle nourishment before our final session.
8:00 PM – Closing Sharing Circle, evening practice / sound bath Deep vibrational healing with crystal singing bowls. Gratitude practice before departure with a renewed sense of balance, clarity, and connection
